Landmark Boutique D.C. Hotel Opens Doors to Pinnacle's Full Service Product Line

Converged IP Applications will help guest services and lower operating costs for the Jefferson Hotel in Washington D.C.

GERMANTOWN, MARYLAND - Pinnacle Communications Corporation, an industry-leading provider of Hospitality IP Solutions today announced its participation in the restoration of Washington D.C.'s premier boutique hotel. The converged IP Communications solution, facilitated by equipment from Mitel, will completely transform the way The Jefferson Hotel conducts its central operations, guest services, and sales and marketing departments' communications. Staff and management alike will now have at hand the benefits of a future-proofed telecom infrastructure: constantly improving call handling, tailoring solutions as their needs evolve, and transparently delivering a superior guest-room experience.

The solution combines traditional telephone functions with support for Internet-based telephony and multimedia communication, including ACD. It also provides a suite of unified communications applications, unified messaging and personal assistant applications. Based on a single software platform, the Mitel ICP 3300 controller is compatible with multiple operating systems, provides powerful communications servers and features an independent infrastructure.
