MTM Luxury Lodging, which manages Hotel 1000, is working within the parameters defined by Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) by bringing together the leading companies in the hospitality industry to cooperate in constructing a fully integrated system.
HTNG champions the use of multiple technology vendors and operators to create a hospitality-specific system for a full range of hotel functions such as reservations, property and activities management, guest services and event management. These systems are integral to effective Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM).

Hotel 1000 opening in downtown Seattle June 26, 2006 at 8:45 a.m., features 120 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, the Hotel 1000 Country Club and Spa (with virtual golf from the world's top courses), and a dog-walking park on the roof.
