Pinnacle and Rodeo Communications to Merge

The merger will create one of America's largest voice and data solution providers.

Germantown, MD - Pinnacle Communications and Rodeo Communications today announced an agreement to merge, creating one of the largest voice and data solution providers in the US, with operations across the country. The merger is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2010. The merged company will operate as Pinnacle Communications.
